I have been working in the Food & Beverage Industry in the EMEA region for 8 years and joined recently the European Molecular Biology Laboratory based near Rome.

Nowadays, The Supply Chain environment became more and more globalised, teams are from different cultures and countries, processes are different and companies are often multi locations based. Thus, it is essential to understand the Supplier Relationship Management as it needs to be strategic, not only operational, being growth-focused and customer focused.
From my experience, I had the opportunity to work in different continents, with different cultures, languages, habits and processes. This is why today, I would like to go through several aspects which can enhance you Supplier Relationship Management on a Global level.
Indeed, it is essential to understand the Supplier Relationship Management as it needs to be strategic, not only operational, be growth-focused and customer focused.
